Love, and all that comes with it.

What Love Left Behind ?

I wrote my book with blood still on the wound.
Not all stories of love end in healing. Some end in silence. Some never end at all—they just echo in different hearts, under different names, in lives we never fully live because we’re still carrying ghosts. The Fives’ Oath may be fantasy, but every chapter I wrote was a love letter to pain — the kind that teaches, scars, and sometimes saves. Behind the battles and bloodlines is a story about longing. About betrayal. About the kind of love that leaves a hole no crown, no revenge, no power can ever fill. And I want to know your story too. What has love left behind in you?
A text never sent?
A version of yourself you miss?
A lesson that came too late? If my book made something stir in you — if it hurt, healed, or reminded you of someone you once were — I invite you to write it down. Just a few words, a memory, a truth.

I absolutely adore you and consider myself a true fan. Your book completely shattered me. And if I may add, you're incredibly handsome, I have no doubt that beauty runs both inside and out 🔥

I broke up with my girlfriend recently, and almost right away he started seeing someone else.

It hurt more than I expected. Not just the breakup, but how fast everything changed for him while I was still trying to understand what happened.

When I read *The Fives’ Oath*, the character Ezekiel really stayed with me. He looks strong on the outside, but inside he’s carrying a lot of pain and memories he can’t escape. In a strange way, I felt like him while reading.

That character has been on my mind ever since. It’s rare that a story makes you feel understood like that.

So thank you, Mehdi Mejri, for creating such a powerful story and a character like Ezekiel. It really stayed with me.
